How to use Resize PDF pages
Add your PDFs
Drop one or more PDFs onto the page. You’ll see the size of the first page.
Pick the new size
Choose A4, US Letter, Legal, A3, A5 or type your own size in millimeters or inches. Landscape pages stay landscape unless you choose otherwise.
Resize and download
Click Resize pages and save your PDFs, each with every page at the new size.
Why use Utils365
Sharp, searchable text
Pages are resized, not turned into pictures, so text stays crisp and can still be selected and searched.
Links and forms keep working
Links, comments and form fields move and scale with the page content.
Scale or keep the size
Fit the content to the new paper, or keep it at its size and center it on a bigger or smaller sheet.
Private by design
Everything happens in your browser, so your PDFs are never uploaded to a server.
Frequently asked questions
How do I change a PDF from A4 to US Letter?
Add the PDF, choose US Letter and click Resize pages. The content is scaled to fit Letter paper and centered, so nothing is cut off.
Will the text get blurry?
No. The pages are resized as they are, so text and drawings stay sharp at any size.
What happens to pages of different sizes?
Each page gets the new size. With Scale to fit, each one’s content is scaled to fill it, so a mixed PDF comes out with every page the same size.
What’s the difference between Scale to fit and Keep its size?
Scale to fit enlarges or shrinks the content to fill the new page. Keep its size leaves the content as it is and centers it, adding margins on a bigger page or cutting off the edges on a smaller one.
Can I use my own size?
Yes. Choose Custom and enter the width and height in millimeters or inches.
Can I resize several PDFs at once?
Yes. Add as many as you like and each one is resized the same way.
