What is a HEIC file?
HEIC is the photo format iPhones and iPads use by default. It saves space, but many apps and websites can’t open it.
Will my photos lose quality?
At 90% quality the difference is very hard to see. Choose 100% to keep as much detail as possible.
What about Live Photos or bursts?
If a HEIC file holds several images, each one is saved as its own JPG.
