These terms apply when you use Utils365, its website and its tools. By using Utils365, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Utils365 offers free online tools for working with PDFs, images, video, text and other files. You don’t need an account. We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time, and we may limit or stop the service, with or without notice.
You keep all rights to the files and text you use with Utils365, and to the results. You only give us the permission needed to process them so a tool can do its job. How we handle them is described in our Privacy Policy.
Keep your own copies of anything important. Files processed on our servers are deleted shortly after processing, and we can’t recover them.

To keep Utils365 free and fast for everyone, tools have limits on file size and on how many requests one visitor can send. We may block or restrict access if we see abuse or use that harms the service or other people.
AI writing tools are powered by Google Gemini and can make mistakes. Check summaries, rewrites, corrections and translations before you rely on them. They aren’t professional advice, such as legal, medical or financial advice.
You’re responsible for the numbers and content you put into barcodes and QR codes, and for testing them before printing. Selling products in retail stores usually requires EAN or UPC numbers licensed from GS1; Utils365 doesn’t issue these numbers.
The Utils365 name, logo, website design, text and software belong to Utils365. You may use the tools as intended, but you may not copy or reuse them except as the law allows. The results you create with the tools are yours.
Some features rely on other services, such as Google Gemini for the AI writing tools, and Utils365 may link to other websites. We aren’t responsible for other services or websites, which have their own terms.
Utils365 is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to make the tools accurate and reliable, but we don’t promise that they’ll always be available, error-free or suitable for your purpose, or that results will be exactly what you expect. Always check important results.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Utils365 isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data, files, profits or business, arising from your use of the service or inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have, or any liability, that by law can’t be limited or excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep using Utils365 after a change, you accept the updated terms.
