How to use QR code generator
Choose what it opens
Pick a website, text, Wi-Fi network, email, phone number, text message, contact card or map location, and fill in the details.
Make it yours
Choose a dot pattern and corner style, your colors or a gradient, a frame with a label like “Scan me”, and a logo in the middle.
Download
Save it as PNG or JPG up to 2048 pixels, or as SVG for print at any size. The preview tells you if it will scan well.
Why use Utils365
Never expires
Your QR code holds the information itself, so it keeps working forever. There’s no subscription and no redirect that can be switched off.
Private by design
The code is made in your browser. Your links, Wi-Fi passwords and logo are never uploaded to a server.
Print-ready
SVG downloads stay sharp on business cards, menus and posters, and the quiet margin scanners need is added for you.
Checks that it scans
Pale colors and light-on-dark codes are flagged before you print, and adding a logo switches on the strongest error correction.
Frequently asked questions
Do these QR codes expire?
No. They are static codes: the link or text is stored in the code itself, so it works for as long as the link does. Nothing depends on Utils365.
Is the QR code generator free?
Yes. It’s free with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many codes you make or download.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG logo, or pick a ready-made icon. The code automatically uses the highest error correction so it still scans with the logo in the middle.
How do Wi-Fi QR codes work?
Enter the network name, password and security type. When someone scans the code with their phone camera, it offers to join the network without typing the password. Your password stays on your device.
Which format should I download?
Use SVG for print, because it stays sharp at any size. Use PNG for websites, documents and messages; it can have a transparent background. JPG works where PNG isn’t accepted.
Why won’t my QR code scan?
Most problems come from low contrast. Keep the code darker than its background, leave the quiet margin on, and don’t print it smaller than about 2 cm (0.8 in) across.
