Frequently asked questions

What is a HEIC file?

HEIC (or HEIF) is the format iPhones and iPads use for photos by default. It saves space, but many apps and websites don’t accept it.

Can I combine several iPhone photos into one PDF?

Yes. Add them all, put them in order with the arrows, and each photo becomes a page.

Why don’t my photos show a preview?

Most browsers can’t display HEIC images, so we show the file type instead. The photos still convert normally.

What about HEIC files with several images?

If a HEIC file holds more than one image, such as a burst, each image gets its own page.

Is converting large batches slow?

HEIC decoding runs on your device, so it can take a few seconds per photo on older phones and computers.
