Frequently asked questions
How do I print a 4 × 6 shipping label?
Choose the 4 × 6 in thermal label size and download the PDF. Print it on your thermal label printer with the paper size set to 4 × 6 in (or 100 × 150 mm) and the scale at 100% or Actual size.
Can I print shipping labels on normal paper?
Yes. Choose A4 or US Letter with one label per page, or put two or four labels on an A4 page and cut along the dashed lines. Tape the label to the parcel and cover it with clear tape so it stays dry.
Does this make a postage or carrier label?
No. It makes address labels for your parcels. Postage and tracking barcodes come from your carrier or post office, which you buy and print through them. You can add your own order number as a barcode or QR code.
How do I make labels for many orders at once?
Choose Many recipients and paste the addresses with a blank line between each one, or open a CSV whose header row uses English column names like name, address, city, postcode, country, phone and reference. Exports from Shopify and Etsy work too. You get one label per address, or one per parcel.
How do I mark a parcel as 1 of 3?
Set the number of parcels to 3. You get three labels for the same recipient, marked 1 of 3, 2 of 3 and 3 of 3.
Which label sheets does it work with?
Besides 4 × 6 in thermal labels, it fits A4 sheets of 3 × 8 labels and US Letter sheets the size of Avery 5160 and 5161. On these small labels it prints only the recipient’s address and phone.
