How to use PNG to SVG

  1. Add your PNG images

Drop one or more PNG files onto the page. Logos, icons and drawings with clear shapes work best.

  2. Choose the detail

Pick Logo or icon for flat graphics, Detailed for drawings with shading, or Black and white for line art.

  3. Convert and download

Click Convert, then save each image, or all of them at once as a ZIP.

Why use Utils365

  • Real vectors

The picture is traced into shapes, so the SVG stays sharp at any size, from a favicon to a billboard.

  • Transparency kept

Transparent areas of the PNG stay transparent in the SVG.

  • Private by design

Everything happens in your browser, so your images are never uploaded to a server.

Frequently asked questions

Does this make a true vector file?

Yes. The colours are traced into filled paths, not a PNG wrapped in an SVG, so you can resize and edit the shapes.

Which detail setting should I use?

Logo or icon for flat graphics with a few colours; Detailed for drawings with shading; Black and white for line art, signatures and stencils.

Why does it take a few seconds?

Tracing finds every edge and colour area, which takes a moment. Big images are traced at up to 1,200 pixels and scaled back up.

Are my images uploaded?

No. Tracing runs in your browser, so your images stay on your device.
