Why use Utils365
Spot your location
Photos from phones often include the exact place they were taken. See it before you post.
Clean without re-saving
JPG, PNG and WebP keep their picture untouched; only the hidden data is removed.
Private by design
The photo is read on your device. Its metadata, including its location, never leaves it.
Frequently asked questions
What is EXIF data?
Information cameras and phones store inside a photo: the device, lens, settings, date and time, and often GPS coordinates.
Does removing metadata change the picture?
Not for JPG, PNG and WebP: the image data is copied exactly. The orientation is kept, so photos still show the right way up.
What about HEIC and TIFF files?
They’re saved as a fresh JPG, which carries none of the original metadata.
Do social networks remove metadata?
Most large ones strip it from what others see, but messaging apps, email and file sharing usually send the original file with everything in it.
